Hajdúszoboszló is a town in Hajdú-Bihar county located at a 20 km distance from the city of Debrecen, and approximately 200 km far from Budapest.

By shuttle (from Budapest)
The company EL-SZALLIT (ordering, price list) offered to transfer the participants of the conference from any point of Budapest (including the airport, railway stations and hotels) to Hajdúszoboszló and back on their return trip at any time (24 hours a day) at the prices
– round trip (Budapest-Hajdúszoboszló-Budapest): 18500 HUF or about 60 EUR per person
– one way trip: 10900 HUF or about 36 EUR per person (HUF will be converted to EUR at the current rate.)
The organisers will order the shuttle for the participants who provide their required data:
– flight number, the city where the flight comes from, time of arrival or
– the name of the railway station, the name of the city where the train comes from, time of arrival or
– the name and address of the hotel and the requisted time of arrival and departure

By car
The GPS coordinates of the hotel are N: 47°451181, E: 21°402541. From Budapest we recommend you to take motorway M3 in the direction Miskolc/Nyíregyháza and at km 187 take motorway M35 in the direction of Debrecen. At the end of M35, take route 4 in the direction of Hajdúszoboszló. Please note that you must have a vignette (valid for a given period) when you travel on a motorway in Hungary. Vignettes can be purchased at the border as well as at petrol stations.
By public transport
From Budapest (railway stations Keleti or Nyugati Pályaudvar) or Ferihegy Airport you can take InterCity trains to Hajdúszoboszló. (You can consult the on-line timetable of the Hungarian Railway Company for the valid timetable.) At the railway station it is possible to hire a cab (TAXI) and travel to the hotel at a price of 500 HUF (2 EUR).
